Keeshen worked with Siren to manage the strategy and structure for Wembley Park's website. This was a multi-faceted and very high-profile project with lots of different stakeholders. Delivering a complex array of information in a simple and user-friendly format was key. Keeshen managed the interface between designers, clients and builders with a quiet confidence and knowledge that kept things smoothly on track throughout the project.

Keeshen had to manage an inordinate number of tasks whilst being the PM at Sectorlight. He successfully brought the digital team in from the wilderness by implementing a range of common-sense policies and processes, each of which helped to protect the digital team from the sea of changes and requests that can be expected in any successful digital agency.

Keeshen is very enthusiastic and understand client's needs. He has a great understanding of the ecommerce product which was used at Digivate, firstly DC2.0 and also Magento (both PHP based). He is dedicated to ensuring clients were happy and fully up to date throughout the projects. A great all rounder!

I always found Keeshen to be knowledgable and a hard working young man. I had every faith that when tasked with something he would deliver it ontime or would inform if a delay outside of his control had ocured.

Keeshen joined the Project Management Team at Digivate in June 2008. Initially he worked alongside me in the Project Management Team, and later following my promotion I managed him directly. He works extremely well in a team, either as a peer or a direct report. He is always happy to help his colleagues and pitch in with overtime, even if the client is one he isn't directly responsible for. Keeshen takes instruction very well, and is always eager and fast to learn. He is also proactive and generous: for example, he follows current e-commerce trends for his personal interest and uses this information to up-sell and suggest ideas to his clients, as well as sharing them to help his team achieve the same result. He has excellent client management skills - he works hard for his clients, and the result is a very good relationship even with the trickiest of them (of which we had a few). For anyone looking to hire a Project/Account Manager, especially in the ecommerce arena, you would not regret asking Keeshen to join the team.

Keeshen is a pleasant and likable character. I enjoyed working on a number of ecommerce projects with him as we brainstormed ways to manage client expectations after the sales guys have undersold a project to a client. Keeshen's has the ability to calm and reassure his clients especially when it does look like they should be quite worried. From my experience managing customer expectations and avoiding scope creeds at the same time is a skills worth having especially with highly creative clients who want everything they can think of implemented and implemented yesterday. As a project manager. I will consider him to be client focused with a process driven approach to managing ecommerce projects.

Keeshen is a hard-working person with entrepeneurial skills as well as excellent technical skills. He is also very honest and I can recommend him wholeheartedly

Keeshen is an excellent, determined and sharp-minded individual who is full of bright ideas with plenty of technical background in order to make them happen. He is also amicable and honest - someone to be relied upon when there's a deadline looming. I'll be happy to give an extended reference in future to anyone interested.

Keeshen's technical knowledge is very wide, he's hardworking and has excellent interpretation skills, i recommend him having had him as manager, he's also a funny guy, making your days at work more pleasureful.
